Objective:

Evaluate the current operational practices of your services and post-sales teams to identify areas for improvement and potential insights from increased operational regulation.

 

Key Activities:

  1. Initial Consultation:

    • Conduct a kickoff meeting with key stakeholders to understand the organization's goals, current operational practices, and areas of concern.

    • Define the scope of the assessment, including the specific teams, processes, and performance metrics to be reviewed.

  2. Operational Audit:

    • Perform a comprehensive audit of current operational practices within the services and post-sales teams.

    • Review existing processes, workflows, performance metrics, and team interactions.

    • Collect data through interviews, surveys, and documentation review to understand how operations are currently managed.

  3. Gap Analysis:

    • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current operational practices.

    • Analyze the effectiveness of existing processes and identify areas where increased regulation could yield improvements.

    • Evaluate the potential insights and benefits that could be gained from tightening operational rigor.

  4. Assessment Report:

    • Compile findings into a detailed assessment report.
